AceableAgent teams with Tom Ferry on Fast Track course

AceableAgent has partnered with Tom Ferry to launch Fast Track, a course for newly licensed real estate agents moving from licensing into the workforce.
Fast Track adds post-licensing career training to AceableAgent's education offering, which has focused on helping students prepare for state-approved real estate exams in the United States. The course is designed for new and early-stage agents seeking guidance on building a business after obtaining a licence.
It includes more than four hours of training across 25 coach-led videos and 11 chapters. Topics cover mindset, goal-setting, lead generation, listings, buyer consultations and objection handling.
Participants also receive execution tools including a business plan builder, a performance tracker, and downloadable scripts, checklists and action guides. The aim is to give agents a structured route into day-to-day work rather than limiting support to exam preparation.
Tom Ferry brings a prominent profile in US real estate coaching to the partnership. He is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tom Ferry Coaching, which provides coaching, training and technology services to agents.
AceableAgent is part of Aceable, a digital education company based in Austin that also operates in driving education, insurance and mortgage originator training. Aceable says it has served hundreds of thousands of agents through its real estate courses.
The launch comes as conditions in the US housing and labour markets shape interest in real estate careers. Active housing inventory recently rose to 1.3 million homes nationwide, up 1% from a year earlier, while steady unemployment has supported interest among people seeking more control over income and working patterns.
Blake Garrett, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Aceable, said the partnership was intended to extend learning beyond the licensing stage.
"Partnering with Tom Ferry allows us to bring world-class coaching directly into the AceableAgent experience," Garrett said. "At a time when more people are exploring real estate as a career, Fast Track helps bridge the gap between getting licensed and building a real business as a practicing agent. We believe in practical, modern learning that focuses on outcomes, not just completing coursework. Our goal is to help students take control of their careers and build something that reflects the effort they put in."
Career step
The collaboration reflects a broader push by training providers to capture more of the professional lifecycle, from qualification to early career development. In real estate, that means shifting from test preparation to helping agents generate leads, manage clients and organise their first months in business.
For many new agents, passing an exam does not provide a clear path to earning income. Fast Track is built around that gap, focusing on practical tasks and performance monitoring in the early stages of an agent's career.
Tom Ferry said the course was intended to provide immediate direction for people entering the sector.
"Fast Track was built for new and early-stage agents who are just getting started and need real direction," Ferry said. "It's not just about learning concepts. It's about helping agents actually take action. This training provides a clear path on the most important areas of focus for new agents, so you can start building your business right away instead of trying to figure it out alone."
The launch also shows how specialist education firms are widening their scope as competition grows in online professional training. Rather than focusing only on regulated coursework, providers are increasingly looking at adjacent services that can keep users engaged after they complete mandatory education.
Aceable has spent more than a decade building digital courses in regulated categories, replacing classroom and paper-based formats with online study. Its expansion into insurance and mortgage originator education points to a broader strategy of serving workers in licensed professions at different stages of their careers.
For Aceable's real estate business, Fast Track marks a step in that direction, adding a business-building course to a platform better known for helping candidates secure a licence.
