Corsha appoints new chief operating & product officers
Wed, 15th Jul 2026 (Today)
Corsha has appointed Melissa Keohane as Chief Operating Officer and Kevin Bocek as Chief Product Officer, and promoted Eric Kumar to Chief Customer Officer, expanding the cybersecurity company's senior leadership team.
Keohane joins from CyberArk, where she was Senior Vice President of Business Operations and led the integration of Venafi. Earlier, she served as Chief Legal and People Officer at Venafi.
Bocek also joins from CyberArk, where he was Senior Vice President of Innovation. He previously served as Chief Innovation Officer at Venafi and, according to Corsha, helped shape the machine identity security category.
Kumar moves into the C-suite after three years at Corsha, where he was Vice President of Operations and Head of Customer Success. His promotion broadens his remit over customer relationships as the company targets growth in industries that rely on operational technology systems.
Corsha focuses on securing operational technology, or OT, in sectors including manufacturing, critical infrastructure and defence. The leadership changes come as companies in those industries invest more heavily in connecting industrial systems to artificial intelligence and modern data tools, raising demand for secure links between machines, networks and applications.
Leadership build-out
Keohane will oversee internal operations, including finance, human resources, legal, compliance and operational strategy. She will also work with the leadership team on organisational effectiveness and staffing.
Bocek will lead product strategy, with responsibility for the Corsha platform and the company's work in industrial identity security. The role puts him at the centre of efforts to shape how Corsha develops and positions its technology for customers operating industrial systems.
Kumar's new position focuses on customer success and growth. He will work closely with organisations seeking to connect OT environments while managing cyber risk.
Anusha Iyer, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Corsha, outlined the company's view of the market in a statement on the appointments.
"We envision a wildly more prosperous, productive, and safe world where defense, manufacturing, and critical infrastructure can securely connect to the AI and data revolution," said Anusha Iyer, Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Corsha. "Corsha unlocks customers to identify and securely connect every machine that manufactures, controls, processes, and transports to the AI and data revolution. I'm thrilled to welcome Melissa and Kevin to the Corsha team, and see Eric take on an expanded role as we help secure more customers."
OT focus
Corsha operates in a segment of the cybersecurity market focused on protecting operational systems that control physical processes. These environments have drawn growing attention from industrial groups and security vendors as operators connect legacy equipment to software platforms used for analytics, automation and remote management.
That shift has also increased interest in identity-based approaches to machine and system access. In practice, companies in this field aim to verify that devices, applications and workloads are trusted before they communicate inside sensitive industrial environments.
Keohane said she was drawn to the company by its team and customer support.
"Corsha has built a team, culture, and platform that's changed how we secure our world and it's proven out every day by the excitement and support that Corsha customers show," said Melissa Keohane, Chief Operating Officer, Corsha. "I am delighted to dive in and continue building out Corsha's talent and operations for innovation and growth."
Before taking the product role, Bocek had served on Corsha's advisory board. His appointment brings in an executive with experience at both CyberArk and Venafi, two companies associated with identity- and machine-focused security.
"As a member of the Corsha Advisory Board, I've loved watching how Corsha approached long standing problems in OT with fresh, new thinking to solve customer problems," said Kevin Bocek. "Using the proven power of Machine Identity, Corsha is helping critical industries go beyond traditional OT networking and security limitations. It's an exciting next step to come on board and help the Corsha team protect more customers."
Kumar's promotion suggests Corsha is placing added emphasis on customer retention and expansion as it builds its position in the OT security market. His earlier roles combined operational oversight with responsibility for customer success, giving him experience across internal execution and external relationships.
"I am thrilled to step into this new role as we are witnessing a pivotal shift in the OT security landscape," said Eric Kumar. "I look forward to driving success for our customers by delivering secure connectivity to the environments that need it most. By leveraging identity security, we are empowering these organizations to safely connect, innovate, and scale."
Corsha serves industries including aerospace, automotive, consumer goods, data centres, defence and facilities management, reflecting the range of sectors dealing with the security implications of more connected industrial operations.
