Elavon has expanded its All-In-One payments platform across North America, extending its integrated commerce offering for businesses operating in stores, on mobile devices and online.

The platform combines Elavon's payments system with third-party software integrations, giving merchants a single way to manage payment acceptance and day-to-day operations. It is aimed at service-heavy sectors including hospitality, healthcare and retail.

At the centre of the rollout is a collaboration with Castles Technology, whose Android-based devices combine point-of-sale software and payment acceptance in one mobile setup. This supports merchants that need staff to take orders and payments away from a fixed till, including at tableside and in other mobile settings.

The wider offering also includes integrations with several point-of-sale software providers. Agilysys, for example, connects its IG Fly mobile product with Elavon-supported devices for real-time order entry and payment processing in hospitality settings.

Oracle is part of the expansion through Elavon's Simplify product, which works with Oracle's Simphony Payments Interface to connect Castles Android devices with Simphony mobile point-of-sale tools. The setup is intended to help hospitality operators manage service inside venues through mobile payment acceptance.

Another integration comes from Shiji, whose Infrasys software combines point-of-sale and payment functions on Elavon-backed Castles devices. Elavon also named xnPOS, whose xnPOS MobilePay product is integrated on the same Android hardware for use in field service environments.

Partner model

Elavon is positioning the platform around a partner-led model rather than a bundled system that ties merchants to a single software and processing package. It says this structure gives businesses more choice in how they build their commerce systems and may reduce overall costs over time.

The platform is designed to let businesses operate through a unified system across physical and digital channels, including managing online storefronts, processing transactions and using sales tools from one platform.

For merchants, the appeal of these systems often lies in reducing fragmentation between separate software suppliers, payment providers and hardware vendors. In sectors such as hospitality and healthcare, where staff increasingly use handheld devices, integrated payment systems have become a competitive area for processors and point-of-sale suppliers.

North America remains a major market for these products as merchants look for ways to connect in-person and online transactions more closely. Providers have been building ecosystems with software partners to deepen their role beyond basic card-payment processing.

Elavon is owned by U.S. Bank and provides payment processing services to more than 2 million customers across the United States, Europe and Canada. Its parent group had about 70,000 employees and USD $692 billion in assets at the end of 2025.

Pari Sawant, Chief Product Officer at Elavon, said the company sees merchant needs shifting beyond payment processing alone.

"As commerce evolves, businesses need more than a payment processor. They need a connected solution that brings everything together," said Pari Sawant, Chief Product Officer at Elavon.

She said the product combines payments, software and business operations in one system.

"Elavon's All-In-One platform unifies payments, software and operations, helping customers reduce complexity and focus on growth," Sawant said.

She added that the expansion responds to demand for broader commerce tools rather than payment acceptance alone.

"Businesses need more than payment acceptance, they need a platform that helps them adapt, compete and grow with confidence," Sawant said.

"All-In-One reflects Elavon's commitment to delivering connected, future-ready commerce experiences that simplify complexity and help our partners succeed in every channel," she said.
