Myriad360 buys Advizex to build AI-led IT platform
Myriad360 has acquired Advizex Technologies in a deal it said creates a global IT services and infrastructure platform with more than $900 million in annual run-rate gross revenue.
The transaction combines two systems integrators with overlapping infrastructure and cloud services and a growing focus on artificial intelligence-related projects. The combined group will focus on AI-ready infrastructure, data platforms and managed services.
Myriad360 operates across cybersecurity, modern infrastructure, cloud and artificial intelligence. Advizex is known for hybrid infrastructure, data engineering, AI platforms and managed services. Both work with enterprise customers across multiple industries.
Market demand
The acquisition comes amid rising spending on infrastructure upgrades tied to AI adoption, data platform modernisation and ongoing IT operations. Many organisations are reassessing data centre and cloud architectures as they increase the use of machine learning tools and larger data sets.
Myriad360 and Advizex described the combined offering as spanning infrastructure through operations. It includes AI-ready infrastructure and accelerated compute environments, as well as data activation, platform integration, AI and machine learning operations, and long-term managed support.
Advizex adds managed services scale, enterprise relationships and coverage in markets where Myriad360 has had less presence. Myriad360 adds experience in infrastructure integration, networking, data centre deployment, cybersecurity and AI-ready environments.
Client continuity
Client relationship ownership and go-to-market execution will remain consistent during 2026 as the companies develop an integration roadmap. Advizex will operate as Advizex, a Myriad360 company.
Jay Miley, CEO of Myriad360, said the deal is intended to build a platform aligned with market direction.
"This is about building a platform positioned for where the market is going. Our priority is continuity for clients and expanded opportunities for our teams. People buy from people they know and trust, and that remains unchanged. What expands is the capability, scale, and reach behind those relationships. Together, we are positioned to serve clients across the AI and enterprise infrastructure spectrum, from foundation to activation to ongoing operations."
C.R. Howdyshell, CEO of Advizex Technologies, said the company will maintain customer relationships while expanding what it can deliver.
"Advizex has built long-standing client relationships grounded in trust, accountability, and performance. Joining Myriad360 expands what we can deliver while preserving who we are. Our clients will continue working with the same trusted leaders and engineers, now supported by a broader platform."
Services focus
Managed services and recurring revenue have become central in IT services as customers seek predictable operating models and longer-term support. Myriad360 said the acquisition strengthens recurring revenue potential across managed services, cloud and AI-driven environments, and expects it to expand cross-selling and deepen enterprise engagement.
Advizex, which has operated for nearly five decades, said it has served thousands of organisations. It also said it holds more than 800 technical certifications and works with a wide partner ecosystem. The company positions itself as a long-term service provider under the slogan "Customers for Life."
Myriad360 positions itself as a global solutions and systems integrator spanning cybersecurity, infrastructure and networking, cloud and artificial intelligence. It said it provides engineering expertise and operational execution for large organisations.
Andrew Fisher, founder and chief culture officer of Myriad360, said cultural alignment is critical to integration.
"Culture is foundational in a relationship-driven business. Both organizations have earned trust the same way, by putting clients first, investing in their people, and delivering with accountability. When aligned cultures and complementary capabilities come together, you don't dilute strength, you amplify it."
Financial terms were not disclosed. Advizex will continue operating under its name as the combined organisation develops integration plans and focuses on stability and revenue growth.
