PSD Citywide has appointed Jeff Booth as Vice President of Services and Keith Renneker as Chief Revenue Officer, expanding the leadership team at the London, Ontario-based municipal software company.
Booth will lead the advisory services organisation, while Renneker will oversee revenue strategy and sales operations. The appointments come as PSD Citywide continues to expand its presence among municipalities, schools and utilities across North America.
Based in London, Ontario, PSD Citywide provides software and advisory services for asset management, maintenance, budgeting and permitting. It supports more than 450 clients across North America.
The appointments follow a strategic growth investment from Norwest, as PSD Citywide pushes ahead with expansion in the North American local government technology market. The business focuses on public infrastructure and asset management, where local authorities face growing pressure to plan spending and maintain ageing networks.
Services role
Booth brings three decades of experience in government, public-sector technology, and operations. Before joining PSD Citywide, he held leadership roles at Cartegraph and Bexar County Government in Texas.
He holds an MBA from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in computer information systems from Park University. His remit includes leading the advisory services team, with a focus on service delivery and support.
Matthew Dawe, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PSD Citywide, commented on the appointments.
"Jeff and Keith each bring a valuable combination of leadership, industry experience, and customer focus," Dawe said.
"Their expertise will strengthen the momentum PSD Citywide has already built across North America, driving strong client outcomes and keeping pace with an ever-evolving market."
Booth also commented on the move.
"I'm excited to join PSD Citywide at a time of significant growth and momentum for the company," said Jeff Booth, Vice President of Services at PSD Citywide.
"I look forward to helping our clients succeed through strong partnerships and reliable service delivery."
Revenue remit
Renneker joins from senior roles at education and technology businesses, including Modern Campus and Hobsons. He has experience leading revenue organisations and shaping go-to-market strategy at growing technology companies.
His role will focus on revenue strategy and sales operations as PSD Citywide seeks to align commercial growth with customer demand. The appointment is intended to support both long-term objectives and current expansion efforts.
Renneker also outlined his priorities after joining the company.
"PSD Citywide's mission, strong customer focus, and commitment to helping local governments operate more effectively create an incredible foundation that I am eager to expand," said Keith Renneker, Chief Revenue Officer at PSD Citywide.
"I look forward to partnering with the team to accelerate growth, strengthen customer relationships, and build on the company's momentum."
Growth backdrop
PSD Citywide operates in a market where software suppliers compete for more local government contracts tied to infrastructure planning, maintenance, and compliance. Municipalities, school boards and utilities are under pressure to improve oversight of assets while managing budget constraints, making specialist software and consulting services increasingly important in procurement decisions.
The company combines software with advisory work from teams focused on asset management, finance, engineering and municipal operations. That mix has become a common model in the sector as suppliers seek to link software sales more closely to implementation and long-term customer support.
For PSD Citywide, the latest executive appointments add senior leadership in two areas central to that model: service delivery and revenue growth. Booth will support growth in municipal asset management and infrastructure advisory services, while Renneker will help build the commercial side of the business as it expands its North American client base.
